Agreement to Postpone Hearing with Waiver
This form is required when an applicant and the Assessor mutually agree to a postponement of an assessment appeal hearing within 21 days of its scheduled hearing date. The form must be completed and signed by both parties, and returned to the Clerk of the Board no later than 3:30 pm Pacific Time seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled hearing.
